As we observe the local ecosystem and work on living in harmony with this special place, we have been studying the living organisms here at Big Bend Lahlapismah Hot Springs, and in the greater Cascadia Bioregion. We are trying to learn as much as we can about what lives here and how to protect this unique habitat. These pages have picture galleries and species lists of some of the organisms we have been able to identify and/or to photograph so far… Enjoy!
